1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern all membership subscriptions, event registrations, and online payments made through the official website of Bangalore Management Association (BMA). By registering for an event or subscribing to membership, users agree to abide by these terms.

2. Event Registration

Eligibility: Registration is open to individuals and organizations interested in BMA’s professional development programs.

Confirmation: Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email from BMA.

Limited Seats: Event participation is subject to seat availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Event Changes: BMA reserves the right to modify event schedules, speakers, or venues due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Online Payments

Payment Methods: Payments can be made online via credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking through secure payment gateways integrated on the BMA website.

GST and Taxes: All fees are subject to applicable GST (currently 18%) and other statutory taxes as per Government of India regulations.

Payment Confirmation: A digital receipt will be issued upon successful payment. Users are advised to retain this for future reference.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Event Cancellation: In case BMA cancels an event, full refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Participant Cancellation:

• Cancellations made 7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are nonrefundable.
• Name of participant/attendee can be replaced by the payor by informing BMA and confirming that no refund is to be processed. This can be done up to 24 hours in advance of the event.

Membership Fees: Membership subscriptions are nonrefundable once activated.

Force Majeure: BMA shall not be liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.

5. Data Privacy & Security

Data Protection: Personal information collected during registration or payment will be used solely for administrative and communication purposes.

Secure Transactions: All online payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant gateways ensuring data security.
